strengths and weaknesses based upon the rubric(s). Discuss and begin to
plan for no more than one or two goals that your team hopes to focus
upon for the 2009-2010 school year. Be prepared to share this
information in a ten to fifteen minute presentation at the Nov. 3rd
Professional Learning Day.
2. Review with your Key Team the attached PLU Syllabus that will
be largely accomplished by our Key Teams. The Syllabus is aligned with
our goals within our School Strategic Plan. This plan may give Key
Teams some ideas for focuses for the school year.
3. On Early Release Day, October 21st, the Leadership Key Team
(Team Leaders) will be discussing with the staff in greater detail the
PLU syllabus and School Strategic Plan. The remainder of time can be
spent with your Key Teams finalizing your presentations for Nov. 3rd. |
